This nuffer is perfect for extinguishing the flame of your candle. It encapsulates the flame, removing the oxygen that fuels the flame to instantly distinguish it.
You can use the dipper to push the wick into the melted candle wax to quickly extinguish the flame. The wick can then be trimmed once it has returned upright.
It is crucial you have a wick trimmer in order to get the best performing candle.

During the burning process, carbon builds up on the wicks. This is a normal process, however if you re-light a wick that has this carbon build up it can cause excess heat. This will cause a lower quality candle performance.
So just make sure to trim your wicks to 1/4" when you notice this carbon build up on the wicks!
